Where you are stuck

You are working hard. You are not moving up.

The method

Lead by example andbring out the absolute bestof my clients.

Drills and speed

Sport-specific movement work so what you build here transfers straight to the game you play.

Strength, conditioning, mobility

Power you can hold for four quarters, and joints that let you use it. Tested, re-tested, adjusted.

Mental conditioning and nutrition

How you eat and how you think under pressure. The two things most athletes leave on the table.

For athletes who are built from the core
The standard

Be my next success story

I would rather show you real results than made-up ones.

C.O.R.E. Foundation is taking founding athletes right now. Client results are coming soon — when they land, they will be real names and real numbers. Until then you get my full attention and everything I learned outperforming every athlete in my class.

What changes

Faster, tested

We assess speed, power and movement at the start, then again on a schedule, so progress is a number and not a feeling.

Built for your sport

Every block is written for the positions and demands you play, in season and out of it.

Stronger between the ears

Mental conditioning so the athlete who shows up at the combine, the tryout or the showcase is the best version of you.

How it works

Step One

Tell me where you are going

You send one message with your sport, your level and the level you want. No form-filling marathon.

Step Two

We assess, honestly

Movement, strength and conditioning baseline. I am straightforward — you will hear exactly what is holding you back.

Step Three

Train the whole athlete

Drills, strength and conditioning, mobility, mental conditioning and nutrition, in person in Toronto or online.

Step Four

Re-test and raise the bar

We measure again. What moved gets pushed, what stalled gets rebuilt. That is the whole loop.

Built on Purpose

Ellis Bowen in C.O.R.E. Athlete gear

Former NCAA athlete. Still training like one.

I was a former NCAA athlete and I would always outperform any athlete when it came to athletic ability. I knew then I wanted to pass that on. Your body is the one you were given — training it well is how you respect it, and how you get where you are going.

Straight answers

Will this transfer to my sport?

That is the only reason I write a program. Drills and conditioning are chosen for your sport and position, and we re-test to prove the transfer instead of assuming it.

Will it interfere with my season?

No. In season the work shifts to maintaining speed and power and keeping you healthy for game day. Off season is where we build.

I am coming back from an injury. Can I start?

Yes, once you are medically cleared. We start with mobility and control, then rebuild strength and confidence at a pace your body earns.

I am a total beginner. Will I be out of place?

No. I coach 16 to 26 year olds at every level. You will get constructive feedback, not a lecture, and you will be pushed at your level.
