Training

Three ways to train.

Same method every time: drills, strength and conditioning, mental conditioning, mobility training and nutrition coaching. What changes is how close I am standing.

In Person

Toronto sessions, coached live. I lead by example — you will see the movement done before you are asked to do it, and you will get feedback the moment something slips. We assess first, then build blocks of speed and power work, strength and conditioning and mobility around the demands of your sport and position.

Best for athletes who need their technique corrected in real time, and for anyone rebuilding after an injury where every rep needs eyes on it.

Online

A written program, video review and direct contact with me, wherever you train. You send film of your lifts and drills, I send back the corrections, and we re-test on a schedule so progress is measured, not guessed. The mental conditioning work travels with it — how you prepare, how you talk to yourself, how you handle a bad session.

Best for athletes in season, away at school, or training inside a team program that needs supplementing.

Nutrition

Nutrition coaching for athletes who are under-fuelling their training. We set intake around your sport and your training load, keep it practical for a student athlete's schedule, and adjust it as your output changes. No extreme cuts, no supplements-first nonsense.

Start with the free calorie and macro calculator to see roughly where you sit, then we make it specific to you.
